(AP) — A central Illinois woman whose cousin died following an all-terrain vehicle crash has been cited for driving under the influence. The (Champaign) News-Gazette reports (http://bit.ly/1gzBiyB ) 24-year-old Katheryn J. Daly of Philo was issued tickets for misdemeanor DUI and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
