PEKIN — A North Pekin man is accused of driving drunk in a one-vehicle accident that killed a passenger.
Jacob L. Lehmkuhl, 22, of 321 Highway Boulevard, was indicted by a Tazewell County grand jury on two charges of aggravated driving under the influence.
The more serious charge of aggravated DUI causing death has a sentencing range of three to 14 years in prison.
Illinois State Police lab results showed Lehmkuhl had a 0.187 percent blood alcohol content at the time of the accident. The
